QTSim's 🛠️Shell Challenge🏠

Hello friends!

I have another shell challenge for you. 

As with all of my shell challenges, you may add additional floors, change the interior floor plan if I've added one, change the roof, windows, etc. Only thing I ask is that you do not change the exterior walls and no cc please.  

Please feel free to add some beautiful landscaping, a pool, or one of my favorite ideas is to add a pond. I can't wait to see what you do!
