Question for Builders: Can I make 2 different wall heights on the same level?

I'd like to build a house similar to this:

https://i.pinimg.com/640x/a1/8b/88/a18b88296854c8331cf61644e25d2d86.jpg

Notice that the first level has two different wall heights, which means that the windows on the second story are at different heights, too. Is it possible for me to do this in TS4? I mean ANY way?

Thank you!

Edit: Alternatively I could do the same wall height on the first level, but 2 different wall heights on the second level to give the same "tiered" appearance, but avoid difficulty with stairs. I just need to know if there's a way to set 2 different wall heights!
  • There isn't a way I know to have two different wall heights on the same level.
For the house you're trying to build I would just make a second floor in the middle and put the rectangle modern windows at floor level to create a similar look.
  • You can simulate different heights by using the half wall tool on top of roofs. It will give the exterior the look you want but not be a usable room. Hope this helps.
  • Thank you for your help!

@captainstumpy I did end up using different half-walls to create a tiered look. Thanks for your help!

I wish this was a thing in the game. Maybe when they come out with split leveling? Too bad I'm building this now...
