Has @anyone mastered the stairs?
Why do they go to ground level and I can't place them in the penthouse. I keep moving them around until they do allow me to place them, but I would like them exactly where I want them and not where every the game allows me to drop them. Like what's the rule? What is the missing information I need to place them deliberately where I want?
Also, why cant I break them up exactly the way I want. Like I am pretty sure I understand hit arrow and drag in direction and then pull and tug up and down to adjust, but some configurations, usually the exact one I want, does not register for me to do so. What's the secret rule behind that? I tried clearing all obstructions and making rooms oversized, just in case, but that's not it, it appears.
