Quincho SP/Kit - Latinamerican barbecue place
In countries like Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, a Quincho is a dedicated place to celebrate meetings, social and familiy events and of course, asados (bbqs)

So I think a Quincho SP could be a nice addition for TS4.
New gameplay: depending of the DLC type. If it's a SP, the Pizza Oven from TS3 could be added, due in countries like Argentina or Chile, people used these ovens to bake empanadas, pizzas (of course) and other dishes like homemaded bread, along with some CAS assets (gaucho, huaso) and B/B (brick counters, mate pots and some items related with the spanish, italian and french heritage in these countries like herbs, oil bottles, sausages, etc.)

If the Kit isn't a gameplay one, I think a lot of clutter, decoration, and B/B assets could be included.
