This is 8th in my Sears Catalog Kithome Series, Though this is not a sears kithome but a competing company of which I forgot the name lol. There are 100s of homes that were offered from the 1890 to the 60s. This particular model is a Spanish 1920s Kithome w/pool and spot for spa, I added a Basement to make a rec room party/bar and Third Bedroom.I made a few changes to the plan IE the stairs to the basement and I pushed the front bedroom forward and bowed it out to make more of architecture statement and it fits with the era.

This is a Hugh Comstock house called Obers in Carmel by the Sea California. hey are hand made cottages quite beautiful and hit me in my Whimsy button they seem so magical. I just love the old charm of these hand made homes and I tend to or rather tended to with these fairy tale style homes to go overboard with landscaping trying t give it that old world / growth like the house has been there forever. But this house and Fable are my 2 favorite builds. Will do a tour of fable soon as next tour will be my second most popular downloaded home.

Saxon House

The House is a English Tudor design based on the Medieval English concept of a central great hall. It is a 5 bedroom 7 bath home with a detached two story carriage house with a underground pool and spa area. Rose Cottage

This is one of my earlier builds and second most popular. It is part of my fairy tale builds. I was wrong in the Video this is not a sears home but a home from Storybrooke a current architect that builds Tudor/ Cottage homes. "Rose Cottage," just simply oozes period and fairy tale charm.This is a 2 Master bedroom, 3 full baths with conservatory for gardening. Hope you enjoy Please comment if you download.

That 70s home

That 70's Home is a floor plan that screams 70s and is decorated from my memories (born in 69 my memories are shades of burnt Orange and avocado Green) I stuck to the bright bold colors and styles of the 70s with hold overs from 60s. There is no Avocado Green but there is a load of Burnt Orange.

The Birmingham

This is one of my early homes I built. It is also my 3rd most popular in downloads.

It is Based on a real floorplan of a brick Victorian house. This was a 1920s moving out of the Victorian type builds to the 4 square. It had no name just a number so I named it after the City my childhood favorite band was from in England.

Le Mer Bleue

Big house Tiny Lot. This was my 2nd try at cube type house but on smallest lot. Went with a beach theme in hopes of a future beach expansion. With Island Living dropping in 2 weeks I decided to video my beach type builds. This was made in 2015 so been waiting 4 years for this

Also name of the house is in French: The Blue Sea.

Hey, I enjoyed your video very much :) So nice hearing you talking about the interior choices after the work was done, rather than seeing the building process. Cool that you had so much reflection behind most choices. And it's a fun way to check what objects you used, especially when they are not cc. @Simmerville Thank you so much I saw that you subscribed so really thank you. I will be doing all my houses though I just started a build of a beach house will be decorating it lightly until Island Living comes out and posting as I got should be like 3 videos 1st one is up St Tropaz :D I think I used the floorplan as the thumbnail lol.
Also as you have seen I was mixing between popular builds and my faves that got no love lol Optimist Outlook a woodland cabin is next .
