Real Estate Option

I hope they add the real estate options back in from the Sims 3. It was fun having my rich Sims own different properties(Community, Rental, and Private Homes) throughout the city. This would be great for a legacy style play, where the legacy family would own different lots and when a relative died one of the living decedents would inherent that property. It would also be another indicator of how successful a family was.

    It would be wonderful to see a real estate pack where you can buy, sell, rent and show homes. Also the ability to buy rentals and vacation homes. And even get a real estate job.

    I definitely agree with this, I miss being able to buy more than one home for the same family. It was really cool seeing the family spread out over the town, and buy up the business and stuff, as the generations went on. I also miss the horse tracks....and the horses ;.;
