It still seems odd that Sims 4 doesn't feature a Real Estate agent (and/or Landowner) career. Considering homes and buildings play such a big role in the franchise. Though It does exist in Sims Freeplay, it's just a rabbit hole. In Sims 4, it can be an interesting part of the game in that players could go to the job like in GTW or GF and have to fix up house (or land), complete tasks, get rated, and advertise in order to meet their salary or job goals. They could also be encouraged to meet a quota for bonuses. Does anyone else think this career could add something interesting to the game? If so, feel free to share your ideas.

I'd also be very interested in a real estate career with interior design, house flipping, real estate investment, rental income and more. I'd also want some ways for it to be difficult such as a seller's vs. buyer's market that changes, houses that need a lot of maintenance (like the CL apartments), old houses needing restoration, new builds and more.I want a pack in which sims can lose or win large amounts of money. Real estate, gambling, rich sims with good or bad investments, a stock market, this is all missing from the game.

I think it is more because of the lot ownership system. You cannot buy up the entire map like 3, which I have always found a shame. I want to buy multiple homes, businesses, etc.It is probably due for a large update at some point.

Why isn't The Real Estate Career or Landowners option not in Sims 4?

All great ideas! Maybe, EA will finally consider it since they have finally added the ability to rent property, lol!

Lol, I also thought the Investment Banker career would be more thrilling. However, for the most part, it's pretty easy for your Sims to keep gaining money with not much effort.

This is probably one of the few new careers I would really love to have. Especially if it was a semi-active career like the ones from get to work.

If they do add a real estate agent career they should also add an architect and interior design career. Maybe be a "Home Designer" then branch of into "Architect" or "Interior Design". Even if these are just rabbithole careers.
