Rebuilding Twinbrook in Sims 4 (Under Construction)

In its heyday, Twinbrook was a small industrial town at the mouth of the Simislaus creeks. Years later, the dam was built, bringing dramatic changes to the town. With an influx of professionals, artists and inventors living around the Sim-made lake, Twinbrook is experiencing a rebirth. How will life in this eclectic community turn out?

Good morning, good afternoon, and good night.

For some reason, in the era of The Sims 3, Twinbrook was one of the cities I played the most. I learned to love every sim, every house and all its marshy beauty.
One of this days i tried really hard to play rotationally in Twinbrook, cuz i had never tried that. I've read severeal instructions on how to do that in SIms 3. I downloaded all the needed mods, and i tried really hard, but my computer couldnt handle it. All the other residents stood doing absolutely nothing and the city looked like a ghost town. The streets got really wonky, IDK why. And i was really disappointed.
But, then, i decided that i would not give up. I was going to play with my beloved Twinbrook residents no matter what, and then i started building Twinbrook inside SIms 4.
Fortunately, when I started this project, rumors started that a Sims 4 CAW could happen, so... While the CAW tool is not released i am going to build every house and every sim, and then i will try to recreate the town itself.
In this thread I'll make updates on how my project is going. (I'll try to be as faithful as possible, but I've already made some changes in some of the things).
