Recording a Story without going Full-on?

For most of my saves I just take a lot of screenshots as I'm playing. I save them in their own individual folders for each save (not in the in-game screenshot folder) so each story's pictures are separate, and I give each picture a short caption. That's all I need or want for recording most of my sim's stories. It's fun to look back and reminisce, and it's also helpful if I forget what I was doing between sessions.

I only do the full writing a story thing for a couple of my sim-stories. The rest are all just in that simple picture and caption state.
