Reduce the generating of townies

The game is going to need some unplayed sims to fill in for jobs, like bartender, vendor, maid, tragic clown ect. If you don't like them, change them. That's what I like in The Sims 4.
There are some "hidden jobs" that won't be showing up when asking for sim's career, like town bully or bar regular.
