Redwood Reservoir - A Farming Expansion world

A potential world for a Farming Expansion Pack, overlooked by a giant dam.
Redwood Reservoir is divided into 3 neighborhoods:

Creekside Acres ("Off The Grid"- neighborhood)
Located right at the foot of the giant dam overlooking the town, there is a small community of eco-friendly people called Creekside Acres.
All Sims living here are living "Off The Grid", meaning they don't use electricity or running water. They have water pumps and generators or solar panels in order to produce electricity, if they even need it. Some Sims decide not to have it at all and use alternative ways to fulfill their needs.
The road is only a dirt road.

Sunlight Acres
Wide fields of crops and family farms are found in Sunlight Acres. The road is bumpy and cracked, but at least they have a proper road, unlike Creekside Acres' dirt roads.
In the center of this neighborhood is the Farmer's Market where your Sims can sell their goods they produced on their farms or shop for ingredients of other farmers like milk, jam, canned food, wool, jarn or eggs.

High-Tech Hills
Giant, sleek, modern farms with greenhouses that are commercially oriented are found here. They are very eco-conscious and use solar panels to produce their energy.
Farmers living here have the new Eco-Friendly trait.

This entire pack is a great idea! I would also love to have my sims be able to sew/knit their own clothes or other "projects"--possibly a new skill?

Would also love a variety of wonderful farm animals to interact with as well.

Sewing their own clothes is definitely part of the "Off the Grid" gameplay! You could unlock new clothes only available at the sewing machine.

Speaking of farm animals, I would love if they could run around the lot freely, like the roomba from Cats & Dogs. (Unless you put a fence around their barn or coop)

What about the title Rural Retreat? Or Rural Regions? or Rural Adventures? Rural Life? Rural Living? Farm Life?
I do love the idea of the Redwood Reservoir neighborhood. Another suggested name for an area: Harvest Haven. Can't think of a description though.

Don't mind me, I'm tired & trying to get to sleep bc I have to get up early tomorrow- so of course my brain is going "Can't sleep, have to think about getting up early" and "Μ¥ €¥€Ş ΔŘ€ ØƤ€Ň". Thanks for that one, Simgurus. I'll be seeing that text in my dreams.
