Residential neighborhoods for Granite Fall and Selvadorada?

It's the only world that even remotely resembles where I grew up. I really want my sims to be able to live there.

I was hoping the patch that made it possible to put rental lots anywhere would also make it possible to put residential lots anywhere. But, no. They didn't do that. And I wish they would.
