Restrict sims obsession with...
We need restrinct the coffee making or the grilling obcession, along with turning on the tv or the stereo, but let's decide which is more important or annoying

Please help us and BAN the darn thing! - If I dare to put a tv on the lot, my sims will inevitably turn it on instead of doing just about anything else. They also habitually pull out their phones and troll the forums on the computer. This does a number of irritating things such as causing phone addiction quirks for fame if I stop controlling them for five seconds which only makes the phone usage worse, and it builds up the mischief skill even if the sim isn't supposed to have high mischief. It would be nice if you could have a sim with the bookworm trait default to reading books or a sim with a love of the outdoors who defaults to taking a walk rather than alway having electronic-happy sims. Or maybe add a trait like "not a techie" that can be used to counteract the techie-addict nature of most sims.

-shoveling and raking
-leaving anything on a half wall
-swimming
-always turning on the radio and leaving it on when they leave the room. idk that just really gets me - what you mean by restriction though?

Obcessive cooking, dancing, watching tv, grilling, coffee drink, pop corn making- My sims keeps cooking and making drinks non stop, they don't even consume or bother to clean up their mess. It's extremely annoying.

- Grill and small appliances are the worst. But there are so many obsessions... and the worst part is that they're not related to traits at all...
- Vacuums
My sims will vacuum even when the house isn't dirty. They stop whatever they're doing to do so. My sims will even try to vacuum while eating. It never works. - Small appliances are pretty bad in my game, and that research archive machine, OMG. The grill comes after that. Fortunately, I have MCCC which takes care of it pretty well, but some things still get past the tuner.
