"Retired" designation

This is maybe a little thing, but I think it would be nice if elders who retired had an actual, like, "thing" that specified they were retired in game, other than the daily retirement pay. Maybe it co...

I would like the designation to be "Retired" but I would like a Sim to be able to ask what career the Sim retired from.
