solution 1: Bronte has died and his daughter has inherited the property and is now your landlady.
solution 2: Bronte has died leaving behind no heirs, the government has taken control of the property and will auction it off on Saturday. if you would like to bid on it you may. the new owners will be required to maintain your lease.
