Serial Killer sim on the loose killing sims of a certain type.
Detectives have to put clues together to figure out who the killer is.
Player Serial Killers have to try not to leave any trace evidence when killing other sims.
Once a killer is caught the trial begins.

If the sim is found guity, they will be sent to jail or death.
If a Sim gets life imprisoned. Sims can no longer be played and can be culled out of the game.

Sims in criminal careers can also be caught and sent to jail for a short period of time.
Burglars can be caught and sent to jail for a short period of time.
Player made burglars are giving the option to break into houses (sort of like how vamps can do it now)
Politicians can steal campaign funds and get caught
Add burglars back in to the game
Expand on the detective careers.
Add Lawyer career with a track to judge and defense attorney.
