Roommates Should Have More Roommate-Specific Interactions
It's great to be able to click on a roommate and thank them for cleaning, cooking, etc... however, there should be interactions that we can do to make sure that the roommates are happy like asking some of these questions:
Not these exact questions because this sounds more like an interview than a casual conversation but I think you get the idea. Just things that would allow the roommate to express their feelings before they simply decide they hate you, your house, your parents for having you and your dog for not biting you when he had the chance. (Okay, that's a bit extreme) but anyway, the point is before it gets to the point of them leaving, a chance for us to make changes necessary for them to stay...
I understand that there is some random note thingy that I have not experienced yet but from what I've read and heard on YouTube, those are more of just an amusement and not to be taken seriously, or am I missing something?
- So you like living here?
- What would you like me to change about the house?
- Are your needs being met?
