@3KNPen Yes as you already know net worth is the actual Simoleons on hand plus the value of the lot and anything in personal and family inventory. Same thing happens when you start with the Wealth Aspiration. It will register the Simoleons on hand before reducing funds to Zero. I used that same lot myself a few times for this challenge. It is a great place for collectibles and has a nice view. Your choice as to whether you wish to start again (I would not :wink: ).
