Actually, that is really great progress Rawla, it is so hard in the beginning to raise money. I try to keep my household at 8 and have at least 5 adults working (and at least one astronaut at the top of the career chain). I have been keeping some of the masterpiece paintings instead of selling them. I know the object of the challenge is to make simoleons but I am really just concentrating on playing.
I had my newest adult in a romantic relationship but no room to move in a spouse, and I didn't want to move out my income....ermmm...I mean sim....and so I kept the relationship going by dates and invites to the household....all of the sudden the prospective spouse poofed....just gone. How disappointing! She may be floating around somewhere in the pixels but she is gone from everyone's friend list.
It sounds like you are having so much fun. I am playing with four. Two parents and two offspring. The eldest just became a YA. I gave him the Astronaut career. The daughter is still a teen but will age up very soon. My founder Sim who started this will be an elder soon I think. The blackberry patch is doing very well at $51 a berry at harvest time. I had my founder (David) buy and then build (and he's upgrading when he can) a rocket ship. He just went exploring and came home with a Space Porcupine. I haven't seen it yet. I had to exit the game for bed. I wonder how lucrative things from space will be.
Both of my founder's kids have found special someone's they have been making friends with. Perhaps I will have them reach the point of marriage with them so the next generation can come about at some point.
I am having a lot of fun. :smiley:
