I just finished the last build in my Rivulet Street series (that's Newcrest neighbourhood 2 done!)
227 Rivulet Street
Residential; 40x30; 4 bed; 4 bath; 146.700; noCC; noMOO; basegame only
This one is a bit larger (and a little bit more expensive) than the others, because it's the 40x30 lot in the neighbourhood.
That also means a bigger garden, I could probably have fitted a pirate ship in there ;).
There's a separate dining room and separate study.
Four bedrooms, two for kids, one for a teen and one for the parents.
Large attic with tons of hobby space, currently has a gym, arts & crafts room and a corner with toys for the kids.
