Mini Mint is a very nice starter home and it is great that it is under 10 k! :) It will be helpful for sims to move into this lower cost home, when starting their lives in the game. The dormer roofing over the front door looks nice. The flowers are a nice touch placed either sides of the front door and it looks great how you have used the terrain paint to create the front footpath. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. It looks great how the dining table is used for both eating a meal as well as for sitting at and using the computer. The fruit crate looks homely used as the table that the tv is placed on. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv and reading a book from the bookshelf. They will enjoy the background of views of outdoors when watching tv. It is nice that the sims will wake up to sunshine coming in through the double windows in the bedroom.
It is very nice starter. :)
