Granny's Garden Cottage - residential; 30x20; 85.527; 1 bed, 2 bath; NoCC, basegame only, play tested (can be placed without activating MOO).
This build is a cute little tudor style cottage, with Granny style interior.
And a huge garden full of pretty flowers (and a fountain).
The ground floor plan - it has an overall footprint of 9x9 squares (excluding the steps to the porch).
The plan of the first floor - which show that this home may be compact, it is complete, although it means a tv in a somewhat unusual place ;).
Garden "plan" - the massive oak in the back is blocking part of the view, but you'll get that it's more rounded flower border underneath.
The kitchen, love the old-fashioned look of it!
Reading books in front of the fireplace - grandpa in his "own" chair.
The landing has a computer and an easel - it's surprising how much you can do with such a small space.
The tv is in the bedroom, not ideal, but a massive flatscreen over the fireplace downstairs seemed much more off than this ;).
And the bed (it is the bedroom after all).
In the middle of the garden there's a fountain, Sims can play chess under the oak tree.
On the other side is a little tea set, an English garden wouldn't be complete without one!
All in all, this shows that Romantic Garden Stuff isn't needed to make a great garden :)
