I've finally been building again, so I have another home on Poplar Close - this one is a little bit bigger and also slightly more expensive.
1 Poplar Close - residential; 30x20; 32.987; 2 bed, 2 bath; NoCC, NoMOO, basegame only.
This is what it looks like from the street - sadly the Gallery image is horrible, seeing as it is the Bargain Bend lot, that always depicts houses from the wrong side.

The back of the house, viewed from across the river/canal.
Plan of the ground floor - as you can see it is quite spacious.
Plan of the first floor.
Kitchen and dining area, I really wanted cupboards in this one, I love kitchen cupboards in TS4 but they're usually too expensive for starter homes.
Living room, it's all a bit bare because I really wanted to stay within the budget of 35K I set for myself.
Home office/study, also rather bare.
The parents' bedroom, in a slightly darker colour than the rest of the house.
Kid's room, I really like this one, could have done with more clutter, but budget.
