As for the final lot in this hood, I haven't started on it - I don't really know what sort of home to build there. I mean I know the general style and the budget, but otherwise... On top of that I have quite a few other Sims things to do (one of them is updating the index posts of this thread ;)), so it may be a while before I get to it. Then again, I can change my mind at any given time and start building right away ;)
