239 Beech Street is a very nice warehouse build! :) Very nice exterior of the build! It is nice that you hsve based the build on it being an old warehouse. The texture of the exterior and interior walls gives a great look and feel to the home. The dome type windows and planter boxes look very nice! Nice back patio ourdoors grill and dining area for eating meals outside in the air. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The furnishing of the kitche area looks very nice and the type of furnishings suits well the type of home. The cabinets look great how they are placed on the walls, and the sink and bar stool counter looks great! Nice sofa seats sitting nook for sins to enjoy resting there watching tv. Nice corner study desk nooks in the bedrooms for sims to enjoy sitting at the tables using the computer. They will enjoy keeping fit using the punching bag in one of bedrooms. Very nice art and games room. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel or doing woodworking on the woodcraft table there, as well as having fun playing card table games. They will enjoy listening to piano music being played whilst doing these activities.
