241 Beech Street
Residential; 30x20; 3 bed; 4 bath; 95.700; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
This converted warehouse is kind of a family home. There’s a spacious open plan living area on the ground floor, with study, kitchen and living room, as well as a small bathroom. On the floor above it is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The top floor has two ensuite bedrooms, one for a teen and one for a child.

I kind of built this house with this particular family in mind, so that's why there are a couple of easels in dad's bedroom - he's a painter.
