The second converted warehouse build in the series looks very nice also! :) Very nice layout of the interior of 241 Beech Street! Nice nook area where sims will enjoy playng chess at the chess table with sunshine coming in through the windows or enjoy painting on the easel. They will keep fit using the punching bag. Very nice corner sofa and armchair seat reading area. The blue colour of the seating in the home looks nice. It looks nice the type of and how the kitchen cabinets are placed on the wall and the fridge nook is great! Very nice tv watching area for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofas watching programs. They will have fun dancing to the gramophone music! Each of the bedrooms are very nice. The green and red curtains of the kids and teen bedrooms give a great look to the rooms. Nice study desk areas for the sims to sit at the desk tables doing homework or enjoy having a read of a book or use the computer. Kids will enjoy doing experiments on the science table or artwork on the activity table. The teddy is cute! Nice arnchairs resting area in the master bedroom. The yellow flowers look sunny on the table between the chairs.
It is a very nice family home :)
