243 Beech Street is a very nice home in your warehouse series :) Very nice layout of the interior of the build! It looks great that it has been set up for two room mates. The two loft bedroom areas look very nice. The floor rugs add a nice look. Very nice furnishing of the areas of the home! The yellow colour of the furnishings in the communal area gives a nice sunny look to the build. Nice gym area for the Sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit, with sunshine coming in through the windows. Nice games and art nook area for sims to have fun playing chess at the table, or enjoy painting on the ease in the staircase corner nook or enjoy resting on the sofa having a read of a book. The design of the kitchen and the placement of the kitchen cabinets looks very nice. The sunflowers and fruit bowl are nice touches on the bar stool counter. Very nice tv watching area! The yellow sofas look great placed in the U shape. Sims will enjoy sitting there chatting and watching tv. It is nice that the sims have their own art and study desk nooks on the middle level. They will enjoy sitting at the desk tables using the computers or enjoy doing painting on the easel , playing the guitar or doing woodwork on the woodcraft table.
It is a very nice warehouse home! :)
