Katie's Culinary Corner is a very nice restaurant and apartment build! :) Very nice exterior design of the building! The roofing looks very great! The exterior looks so very pretty! The floral greenery looks very nice on the exterior and the wall textures give a very nice look and feel to the build! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the build! The boho theme of the furnishings looks very nice. It looks very nice the type of and how the dining tables and chairs are set up for sims to enjoy eating their meals. The food and cherry blossom pictures on the walls give a great and very nice look to the room areas! The menu board is a nice touch on the wall. Very nice layout of the apartment. Nice windows art nook for sims to enjoy painting on the easels with sunlight coming through the stained glass windows. Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchen! Sims will enjoy cooking with the cupcake machine. The island sink and stove counter looks great! The green flowers look pretty for sims to see when cooking. Very nice colour scheme of the apartment. The green colour of the bar stools looks nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal. The wall knives , dish racks, mugs rack set, spice set, kitchen shelves and teapots wall shelf are great homely touches there. The cabinets look nice how they are placed on the wall. Very nice living room area! The patterned seating and curtains look so very nice there! The bookcases look great placed either sides of the tv, and the mysims items look nice on the tv wall shelf. It is a very nice windows alcove nook for sims to enjoy sitting resting there watching tv and reading a book. The flower floor rug is a nice touch. The bedroom is very pretty! Very nice green and blue colour scheme of the room. The green colour of the curtains and the wall colour complement each other well. The starry wall lights look nice. Very nice wall and floor tiling in the bathroom ! The butterflies look very pretty!
