I've got two new builds today. The first is one for the Neighbourhood Redevelopment Project - it's the last of the four warehouses in Willow Creek.
Beech Breeze Pool
Pool; 40x30; 122.687; NoCC; NoMOO; base game only; play tested.
The last of the converted warehouses in Beech Street. This one was turned into a community pool. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, changing rooms/showers for both genders. And there’s a small kitchen where Sims can eat. Outside is a bar if Sims want to get a drink. There’s enough space to add diving platforms if you have Get Together. If you have Backyard Stuff, you should be able to find a spot for a slip’n’slide too. For those who have Perfect Patio Stuff, you can replace the fountain with a hot tub.
