Beech Breeze Pool is very nice! :) It is great that the fourth warehouse in the series has been turned into a community pool venue. The neighbourhood where the converted warehouses are looks great! They look great together! Very nice indoors and outdoors pools at the venue. Nice outdoors bar area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stool having a drink from the bar in the outdoors air. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars, Very nice inside kitchen area. The sims will enjoy cooking meals on the stove and eating them together with other sims at the dining table. Very nice upper balcony sitting area. Sims will enjoy resting there, and looking down to see other sims enjoying swiming in the indoors pool.
Foodies Favourite is such a very pretty and nice home! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The open shutter flower box windows look very nice and the greenery looks nice on the exterior wall. The flowers and sculptures through the outdoors areas look so very,very pretty! The floral water fountains in the front of the build looks very nice. Very nice siiting nook in the folly for resting in the outdoors air. Very nice greenhouse! The glass tiling roof is nice. Sims will enjoy growing plants in the planters there, and it is a sunny place to do gardening. Very nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking and dining at the umbrella covered table in such a pretty floral setting! The floral trellises look very nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The layout of the build looks great! Very nice design of the basement professional kitchen! Sims will enjoy cooking there! The kitchen and eat in breakfast dining area on the main floor is very nice room. The kitchen wall decor is a nice home touch there. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst dining there. The dining room is very nice! The wall pattern is very nice, and the butterflies look very pretty either sides of the pictures on the wall! They are very nice for sims to see when dining there. They will enjoy eating and drinking food from the buffet table and fountain. Very nice blue colour scheme of the living room. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofas watching tv and reading books in front of the fire. The cherry blossom picture on the bedhead wall in the master bedroom is restful for sims to see when in bed.
The home and the pool venue are very nice! :)
