The exterior design and layout of Modern Ridge looks very nice! :) The lilypads water fountain feature and flowers on the edges of it in the front area of the build looks so pretty! The twisted sculpture is a great touch in the front area of the home. Very nice outdoors living and pool patio! Sims will enjoy sitting poolside on the sofa having a drink and a chat, or have fun swimming in the pool. The gardening boxes and play area is nice. Sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars and enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes. Nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food in the outdoors air. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen looks very nice! The white colour scheme of the area looks very nice, and the blue touches used add to the nice look. The island sink and bar stool counter looks great! The walls creating a nook in the counter look great, and the fruit bowl, cake display item,and hot chocolate items are great kitchen touches there . The flowers on the counter are pretty for sims to see when sitting on the stools. Very nice dining room! The cabinets look great how they are placed on the wall to create a nook. The blue colour of the furnishings in the area looks nice with the white wall colour. Very nice layout of the living room! It looks nice how there is a corner nook for sims to enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv, and an area for sims to enjoy chatting on the armchairs near the fire.Very nice light filled study room! Sims will enjoy siting at the tables using the computer or doing homework, with sunshine coming in through the windows. They will have fun playing chess and looking at at the outdoors views at the same time.The gym area looks very great how the plumbob pictures have been placed on the wall! They are nice for sims to see when using the fitness equipment there to keep fit. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! They look very nice! The wall cabinets in the bedrooms look nice how they have been placed to create nooks with the clothes shelves on the wall in the nook. The shelves on the side wall in the kids bedroom look nice how they have been placed at different levels. The candles look pretty on the bedside tables in the last bedroom photo. The wall and floor tiling in the master bathroom looks very nice!
