3 Bed, 1 Bath, $99,238; A lovely, little beachhouse fit for a family of four. The home contains a master bedroom and a loft with room for two children/teens. Even though it's on a small lot, this coastal house is sizable and has all the necessities while still being well-decorated (using some of the great new items from the free update)!
