The exterior design of Lilia Famiy Beachhouse is very pretty! :) The siding and stone texture of the exterior walls looks very nice, and the flower box windowed dormer gives a special look to the home. The awnings looks nice over the front door. Nice outdoors dining area on the front patio, for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the table in the sea air. Very nice swimming pool/pond! The rocks and flowers look very nice on the edges of it. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The new patch items look great in the rooms! The blue colour scheme looks very nice. The shoes rack is homely near the front door and the new mirror looks great there. Nice chess nook for sims to have fun playing chess. Very nice windows tv watching area! The new seating looks very nice there! Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing there watching tv with sunshine coming in through the windows. Very nice design of the kitchen! The island circular workbench table looks great! The fruit bowl and plant on top of it, and the items on the kitchen counters are nice home touches. The flowers on the dining table are pretty for sims to see when dining there. The beach themed pictures in the bathroom add a nice look to the room. Very nice design and furnishing of the bedrooms ! The posters and banner on the bedhead wall in the kids room looks great! The heart teddy is cute in the master bedroom! The luggage cases bedside table looks nice there.
