It is great that Holbrook is a base game only family home! :) Simmers who only have the base game will enjoy having their sims live there. Very nice exterior design of the home! The roof covered car port looks great and the flowers, plants and rocks in the front area look very nice. Very nice backyard areas! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or playing on the monkey bars. Very nice bbq outdoors dining nook. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating meals in the sunshine at the umbrella covered table. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The blue and brown colour scheme looks very nice. The design of the kitchen and dining areas looks very nice. The yellow flowers on the dining table are sunny for sims to see whilst eating their meals. The coffee nook with the coffee machine, scenic wall picture and mugs rack looks very nice! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms and nursery. The kids rooms look great! The animal pictures on the study desk wall look cute! The sports theme of the teen room is nice. The teddy themed armchairs and the toys around the bassinet in the nursery look very cute also!
