Clementine CottageGallery Link 2 Bed, 1 Bath, $87,053; Clementine Cottage is a lovely, little home that can fit two adults and a child or teen. With cozy furnishing and a cute exterior to match, this cottage-type house is perfect for a small family that doesn't need that much space to be content. The sidewalk add-on on the left side matches up with pathway on this particular lot, but this can be changed if you place this on a different lot.
