4 Bed, 4 Bath, $162,999; A large, fairly expensive home that boasts a traditional theme. The large pricetag comes from the lush landscaping and detailed furnishing. With rooms for a female teen/child, a science-loving little boy, a baby, and two adults. With an office, a playroom, and a large backyard, this house has everything a sim family needs.
