scroll bars for color swatches in CAS
desperately need this...
in sections such as eyecolors and skintones if i remember right, possibly other sections if that have both swatches and presets linked together. if you have too many c/c swatches it eventually blocks access to the presets section because the presets get hidden behind the swatches panel.

i would prefer to see a scrollbar that shows 4 rows of swatches, maybe a few more. (no more than 8). and the rest of the real estate given to the viewing and scrolling of presets.
