It would be so interesting to build underwater! I'm guessing that you'd have to use the free build cheat to edit the lot (like with Forgotten Grotto, Sixam etc). I wonder how it would work, though. Would building a room create an air bubble?
I hope not, well it could be optional because I'd like mermaid furniture and having them live underwater.
