Seeing more of Reuben's grumpy face is always funny, but here there is a lot of info too... So the mystery girl was a squatter in a short-term rented house, and Tre is still missing and Reuben's colleagues are seriously looking for him now...
Lots of very funny expressions too in this chapter.
Also, the mystery girl is becoming more and more mysterious chapter after chapter, argh! I see you also opened a contest at the end of the chapter. Sadly I don't have the time to reopen all the chapters and look for her in every picture, but I can try to make a guess anyway... I would go for 12 appearances (I'm pretty sure in some chapters she was in more than one picture...).
