I built this park for my family gameplay some time ago. It has playgrounds for kids and toddlers, activity tables, chemistry table, voidcritter battle station and some other stuff. :) and an obstacle course for pets.

Note: toddler playground is enclosed (you can't put a gate on a round fence). But your adult sim can put a toddler there. Picking a toddler up is trickier, but it's possible
