These are the only two builds I made in Sulani. I made the octagonal one for my rl son... and he's never played with it! Oh well, I used it a lot, and others have, so it's all good. 😁

Nice! I especially like the second one, it's right up my alley aesthetically.
The result wasn't actually planned that way. The only thing I had in mind at the beginning was to replace the premade lot with a more detailed building, using as many BB items from Island Living as possible. Hope you like it.
Sulani Beach Front Resort is a very lovely island home! 🙂 The pool, bar and outdoors dining patio is very great! The interior furnishing is very lovely. The layout of the build, indoors and outside is very nice.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is visiting Sulani on her Royal Yacht Britannia ...

The Royal Yacht Brittanica is very great! 🙂 Very great exterior design and very nice deck areas. The pier with boats either sides is very nice. Very lovely pergola for officials to sit on the seats and watch the Queen leave the ship and visit Sulani.

I like to build houses from movies and real life, but I've also been working on a "Sims 2" project for about a year. These two are from Castaway (It was originally Sims 2 Castaway, not Castaway Stories!). Solitary Shack:

Amityville Horror House (the real life house as it looked in the 70s) made into a beach lot:
Watervista Palace from the edge of the Belladonna Cove map in Sims 2. I didn't even know this lot was there until I got a map camera that allowed moving further out.
Each of your sims 4 versions of the Sims 2 buildings are great! 🙂 Very nice exterior design to reflect the originals.
The Amityville home looks just like the original too.
I just built a new one. Feeling a little self conscious like maybe it's not great. Questioning all of my builds lol. But....here it is.

I know I haven't put up a lot of art on my recent builds, so the walls are a bit bare, I just have not had the energy...
Your updated version of your home is lovely 🙂 The furnishing of each area and room is very nice, and the rugs are great. Very nice gym, games and easel painting room.
Thanks! I like having a chess board so they can become focused, and double showers so I can have more than one sim change moods at a time if I need to change moods fast (I'm TERRIFIED of playful moods because I had a sim die from being playful one time lol), plus gotta have the creative and energetic stuff going on too, I try to give them stuff to do for all their moods.
