Gorgeous builds everyone!
I've bulldozed all the lots in Sulani (and evicted all the residents) so I have a lot of work to do. Downloading that is. :p
The conservation center/museum/library sounds like a great idea. Maybe also with a cafe. Or food stall on the lot. Hope someone takes it on. I have a similar one in Selvadorada and with a few alterations it might work.
