Here is a contemporary beach house built in Sulani with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, study and YouTuber space. There are separate buildings for massage and sauna, generator and recycling plus a maisonette for guests. Large rear deck includes bbq dining, bar, kids play, yoga, meditation and more :)
