@Tia151I love the alleyway in the first shot!
My most recent project was to build workplaces for all careers that have "work from home" options - the idea being to basically turn these into fun active careers where you follow your Sim to work, with all the supplies to do any of the work from home tasks and build required skills.
First one I did was the Conservationist career. I turned Caldera Camp into a ranger station.
Next was an elementary school for the teacher career - two versions of that one, with and without a bunch of mods, but it was fun. I made a preschool room, a music room, a gym, a library, multiple classrooms and bathrooms, and in the basement an art room and cafeteria. I even figured out how to fake soccer nets out back - pretty proud of those.
I was working on a tech shared workspace (with storefront) for the programmer career when the HSY patch was released, and I had enough bugs at that point that I wasn't opening my serious saves or installing mods... and now as of today I can't even open the game to get screenshots for you, so making due with gallery shots. :-(
Anyone else build workplaces for more active careers?
@GiardiniDiMarzo Your Sims looks great.
@Tia151 I really like this Church, especially this statute there.
@PipMenace I never know what I should make with Sulani Home lits. I think this is really a great idea, it looks good!
To Workplaces: I normally just take a community lot and create a club for visit. It started all because I wanted that resident from Willow Creek visit community lots from Willow Creek. Normally I always get Victor Feng, Judith Ward or Sulani-NPC. I really wish Sulani-NPC + Judith would stick in her own world (without mods)

These Sims are the part of my Tartosian family. I've made them without CC and mods because I play on PS5

@Sthenastia That woman is really pretty in my opinion. No heavy makeup, not overly done, just really nice looking and without so much of the junk that some people put on their sims. By chance do you have that shared on the Gallery? I'm sure you probably have packs that I don't which would make certain things unavailable to me, but even if I had to change things like the hair or anything minor it would still be nice to have in my game.
Makes me wish I had any skill when it comes to making sims. I'd really like to make the cast of one of my favorite TV shows, but there's no way I could do it.

Game recovered! Here's the small tech office for the engineer career - built but not yet fully tested. I want to play through the career before putting it on the gallery to make sure it has all the supplies needed.
There are four different businesses sharing space inside. A robotics lab, a woodworking shop, and two different tech companies. I also managed to get a bunch of skill books stocked in the bookshelves, so if you don't want your computer engineer to have to do woodworking for their career, you can have them read a skill book to get handiness instead.
It's set up as a generic lot to start, but the front is a shop, so if you get rich enough to buy it (or use cheats) you can turn it into a retail lot to sell your robots/carvings/whatever else. Until then, the storefront entry is just decoration.
