Hello Everyone! Here is my most recent build. I haven't had a lot of time to play recently but I've enjoyed playing with this lot so far. It is currently home to my celebrity and his club-owner partner. I wanted to turn it into a rental for more income but that guest house may come in handy for a butler when these two start having kids. haha
More photos in the spoiler. :-)
My first design had both balconies in the front but then I realized there was a park across from the back, so I changed the layout to have a better view.
This is the side yard with the pool and a glimpse of the Guest House ... and look, I caught a rainbow!
This is a top-down view of the lot.
The first floor of the Main House has the Grand Entrance, Half Bath, Living Room, Office, Gym, Card table / Bar area, Dining Room, and Kitchen with easy access to the indoor Garden full of perfect quality vegetables, herbs, and fruits. There are also some perfect quality flowers in there.
The second floor has the Master Suite with Reading Nook, Balconies, Teen Bedroom Suite, Child Bedroom with shared bathroom, and Play Room.
The Guest House has only one floor with access to the bathroom from the Bedroom and the Living/Dining/Kitchen area.

Since the new forums is unusable, just spams error codes and times out, I post here.
Anyway, finished a house for Ravenwood yesterday.
It's a bit brighter and more contemporary house, since that's my preference, and I plan on making such houses for all the lots in Mourningvale.
Right now it's a two bedroom, three bathroom house, but the study can easily be converted into yet another bedroom or nursery.

Mystic Crossroads is a lovely home! @BylineBelife 🙂 The exterior design and roof tower are very nice, and great balcony. Very lovely interior furnishing and colours. The bedrooms designs are very nice. The curtains and rugs are very nice and great outdoors dining and bbq patio.
- simsplayer8184 months agoHero@BylineBelife I'd seen the exterior on your other post and I was just thinking I'd love to see the interior too and here it is. It definitely doesn't disappoint, it's gorgeous.

I've built a new Marigold Chateau in Whispering Glen for my Global Superstar Horror novelist. Her late husband has a little burial plot in the garden and since he died by a Murder of Crows and they didn't get along ...there is an ironic bird feeder next to it.
It has 3 stables for her trophy winning horses Destiny and Sorrow and their little foal Mercy (she's too little to compete like mum and dad but she'd win a trophy for cuteness especially as she's scared of spiders and bushes for some reason) plus there's space for them to exercise and practice jumps.
I mixed Life and Death content with the Cozy Kitsch kit, it blends well together. It has the Wild Foxes trait and one Elder fox has become part of the family.
I uploaded it to the Gallery today.
I'll add the exterior images first.
