It's also happening when I use the genetics thing to add a child to a single parent - the random genetics tend to be like that too. Not that big a deal but annoying when the game generates ones like these and they start showing up around the neighbourhood.
Does this happen to anyone else? I also want to see your most unfortunate looking sims!

The reason their eyes are so big and unnatural is caused by a broken piece of CC in your game.
