Was gonna say, I don't think 4 has bands either. Unless the ability to form a band came out in a later pack. I'm not sure as I haven't bought a pack in ages. As popular as bands were in 3, hard to believe they wouldn't put it in 4. Then again, where are my doorbells? :/
