Hi everyone, If you like building lots, and playing the game with a challenge this may fulfil those interests.
I have created a new gameplay challenge that involves playing the game, and building lots. If you want to give it a go, I'd appreciate any constructive feedback and suggestions. I'm already testing it and the link to both the challenge rules and my first chapter are below.

https://i.imgur.com/Hp5PTFF.jpg Mack is a lovely baby, but he is also a very demanding one. It's a good thing Pranav is able to spend a lot of time caring for him.
https://i.imgur.com/DaUrSfm.jpg Even in summer storms batter the island chain, though not nearly as bad as the fall and winter storms. Alice is the money maker of the house, her hand carved, ornate furnishings selling for huge amounts of simoleons.
https://i.imgur.com/4iFLxUm.jpg Before they know it, Mack has grown into a toddler and is able to wander about the home. He's a silly little boy and always making his parents laugh.
https://i.imgur.com/TjJBPLl.jpg Not everything is rosy in the household. Pranav decides to ask for Alice's hand in marriage again, but she once more says no. Pranav is too upset to ask her why they can't get married this time, and Alice can't help but be thankful for it. She's not quite sure what the answer should be, she just doesn't feel it's right to marry Pranav, despite how much she loves him.
https://i.imgur.com/nNwRvKX.jpg Little Mack is oblivious to the problems between his parents. Especially when they adopt a little puppy for him. They name the canine Merlin, and before long Mack and Merlin are inseperable.
https://i.imgur.com/1UgiQqQ.jpg Besides the hand carved furnishings Alice makes, both her and Pranav are well known for the delicious produce they garden, and the delicate flowers they grow. There's even been some talk about official contracts, but nothing yet has come from that.
https://i.imgur.com/al09Lu2.jpg Pranav still dabbles in art but he has to admit that he doesn't have the talent for it. Perhaps with a lot of work he could get better, but why put in the effort this late in life when he can be more productive doing other things?
https://i.imgur.com/mXREPhK.jpg For instance, some of the fish he catches in this region are worth quite a bit of money. Especially since he can now trade the best catches for simoleons to purchase food other than fish.
https://i.imgur.com/CIshPQW.jpg Even working the flowers they grow into arrangements is a better use of his time, though he isn't quite as profitable as fishing. It is, however, something he can do in the harshest parts of the winter.
https://i.imgur.com/tQPSFrM.jpg Alice is working in the garden when she once again goes into labor. Pranav panics like before, but luckily this time the doctor is actually on the island. Pranav just has to run down to Neeshem's where he's staying to get him.
https://i.imgur.com/rkGEGEW.jpg The doctor has him calmed down before they even get back inside the house, sending Pranav off to tend to Mack while he handles Alice.
https://i.imgur.com/NngW2e2.jpg Pranav does his best to keep Mack calm and distracted. To be fair, the toddler is much less worried than his father!

https://i.imgur.com/fizNlS1.jpg A household with a toddler and a baby is a hectic household, and Alice is chagrined to have her older son sleeping on the floor more often than she likes. Luckily Merlin grows into an adult dog and doesn't require assistance down the stairs any longer.
https://i.imgur.com/oAYbCu5.jpg Jogging is all well and good, but Alice thinks yoga is a better way to get in shape. It doesn't require running all over the island for one, and she's close to the bathtub for a nice soak after her workout for another.
https://i.imgur.com/UTH66VL.jpg Alex is happy to come over and help out around the house sometimes. Mostly she just does dishes but sometimes she'll watch Wesley for a bit so that Alice and Pranav can focus their attention on Mack for a little while.
https://i.imgur.com/B04RwLr.jpg Before they know it, little Wesley has grown into an inquisitive toddler. With two toddlers running amok, things seem more hectic than ever.
https://i.imgur.com/PiojQ2m.jpg It gets a little more chaotic when they introduce Honey into their family. It wouldn't be fair for Mack to have a pet and not Wesley, after all!
Alex and Neeshem's houses are done. In Fall I'll have Alice go visit them to get some nice pictures. They aren't extensive but certainly they are better than a shack! During fall/winter I plan to have the third residential lot finished up and pretty up the community lot some. Then I'll be done! Technically I think I've actually already completed the challenge since all four residential lots are built, as well as the community, but I don't like leaving a shack on one of the lots, haha! I want it to all be propery.
Just read your story, @Karababy52 and loved it. <3 You have done so well. Can't wait to see the spa and Olivia's family, once that happens. I'd still love to make you a completion award even if you don't use your siggy, just to keep with the rest of your shots if you would like it once you have completed the challenge.
To make your completion certificate, @Karababy52 I'll need a waist-up shot of Olivia. So I'll check your Imgur again. I checked and I think I'll need another shot of Olivia from the waist up. If you could send one similar to those above but from the waist up to me via my pm that would be great, and I can cut her out if she is on a plain-coloured or white background. <3
Wow you have really stepped up the quality of this competition, you should be really proud of yourself, I admire how you went about this competition, so well done. Love the house, and the spa looks fabulous. I would love to see the shots of the baby(ies) once they are born, @Karababy52 You can have your award now if you would like it or you can wait. Yes I think Island Life has masses of potential for another gameplay competition. I might just work on something for that. I will wait until I see your bubs and then post your award here or in a PM or both. It will definitely be going on my blog and acknowledge how you started with nothing not even the "Survival Kit". That was a really brave thing to do. <3 <3
