The Old Mill Meets Modern Luxury is a lovely modern family home! :) Very stylish exterior design! The sloped roofing is great! Very nice glass windows bringing in nice sunlight. The gym and eco living machines are great in the garage! Very nice interior furnishings and layout! Very lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living room areas! The red colour scheme of the kitchen and dining area is very nice,and great island stools and workbench counter. Very nice window dining area to enjoy dining in sunshine. The wall plants gardens are very nice on either sides of the window! The sofa and armchairs tv watching and reading area is very nice! The red candles on the table to complement with the kitchen area are pretty! Very master bedroom! Very nice colour! The master closet is lovely! The roof deck is a lovely place for relaxing on the loungers and eating meals cooked on the bbq. The views would be great! Very nice family room for Sims to enjoy playing the piano, games, doing painting and kids will like playing with the dollhouse and building blocks. Very sweet kids bathroom! The furnishings in the kids rooms are very nice! It is great there is a yoga nook. Sims will like discovering and spending time in the secret room!
